This Bid Policy outlines the rules, responsibilities, and procedures governing bidding activities on the PayGoJob platform. By submitting or accepting bids on PayGoJob, users agree to comply with this policy.
1. Overview
PayGoJob allows freelancers, workers, and service providers (“Workers”) to submit bids on jobs posted by employers, clients, or businesses (“Employers”).
Bidding helps employers compare pricing, skills, delivery timelines, and experience before hiring.
2. Eligibility to Bid
To place bids on PayGoJob, users must:
- Have a registered and active account
- Provide accurate profile information
- Comply with PayGoJob Terms of Service
- Maintain good account standing
PayGoJob reserves the right to restrict bidding access for users who violate platform policies.
3. Bid Submission Rules
Workers submitting bids must:
- Provide honest pricing
- Clearly describe services offered
- State realistic delivery timelines
- Avoid misleading claims or false qualifications
- Communicate professionally
Spam bidding or repetitive irrelevant bids is prohibited.
4. Employer Responsibilities
Employers posting jobs must:
- Provide clear job descriptions
- State accurate expectations
- Review bids fairly
- Avoid discriminatory or abusive conduct
- Make payments according to agreed terms
Employers are encouraged to hire based on qualifications, reviews, and reliability.
5. Bid Acceptance
Once a bid is accepted:
- Both parties are expected to fulfill agreed terms
- Pricing and timelines become binding unless mutually changed
- Communication should remain within the platform when possible
6. Payments & Fees
- PayGoJob may charge service or transaction fees related to bids or completed jobs.
- Workers receive payment according to completed milestones or job agreements.
- Employers are responsible for timely payments.
Failure to pay may result in account suspension.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Submit fake bids
- Manipulate pricing unfairly
- Use automated bidding tools without authorization
- Request payments outside approved systems
- Engage in scams or fraudulent activities
Violations may result in account termination or legal action.
8. Disputes
In case of disputes between employers and workers:
- Users are encouraged to communicate professionally
- PayGoJob may review available evidence
- Final decisions may be made at PayGoJob’s discretion
PayGoJob acts as a platform facilitator and does not guarantee outcomes.
9. Bid Cancellation
Workers may withdraw bids before acceptance.
After acceptance, cancellations should only occur under reasonable circumstances and may affect account ratings.
10. Ratings & Reviews
Employers and workers may leave ratings based on:
- Quality of work
- Communication
- Timeliness
- Professionalism
Fake or abusive reviews may be removed.
11. Policy Violations
PayGoJob may suspend or terminate accounts involved in:
- Fraudulent bidding
- Repeated policy violations
- Abuse of the platform
- Suspicious payment activities
12. Changes to This Policy
PayGoJob may update this Bid Policy at any time.
Continued use of the platform means users accept updated terms.
